On April 14, 2009, St Joseph Hospital in Orange, California celebrates and honors transplant recipients and donors in a flag raising ceremony complete with honor guards, transplant recipients and donor families. Dr. Ervin Ruzics officiated the event recognizing the need for organ and tissue donors. Said OneLegacy Hospital Services Coordinator, Craig Hostert who is also a kidney transplant recipient, "this was a very moving event."
