


Young Erin Choe's love for what she called "God's land" was immortalized April 16th at Golden Hill School in glass mosaics, flowers and 70 kindergarteners' vocal rendition of "What a Wonderful World".
City and school district officials joined the Choe family in the "Celebration of Life" to dedicate the kindergarten garden in the young girl's memory. The 5-year old died in a drowning accident in 2006. Her corneas, donated to Donate Life, gave sight to two people.
"Erin loved life, loved art and the globe" her mother Jennifer Choe said. "All that is reflected in this garden. Out Team Erin is walking in her memory on April 25 at Cal State Fullerton for the Donate Life Run/Walk.
