SONDRA KAY SHARPE ORGAN DONATION DRIVE AT THE WEBSTER GOVES COMMUNITY DAYS, ST LOUIS, MO

The Sixth Annual Sondra Kay Sharpe Organ Donation Drive took place at the Webster Grove Community Days Lions Club Carnival and BBQ this past Fourth of July Weekend
The donation drive was in partnership with Mid-America Transplant Services, Webster Groves Lions Club, The Something Different Network, Enterprise Leasing, Goldson Law Firm, Sondra K. Foundation and UncommonSesneRadio who broadcast live from the Carnival site throughout the weekend.

Sondra K. Sharpe (12) was a resident of Webster Grove. She died June 8, 2004 after battling Cystic Fibrosis and receiving a double lung transplant in February of that year. Sondra originally planned the first organ donation drive as part of her Confirmation service project in 2004. She died a month before the first drive.

The sponsors encouraged visitors to stop by the organ donation booth and sign-up to be a donor.
