This April we ask you to light a candle in honor of all Pennsylvanians on the waiting list to receive an organ or tissue transplant. We will light one candle for every 10 Pennsylvania residents in need of a transplant. We are searching for 770 individuals to stand with us in Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to represent the nearly 7,700 individuals on the organ transplant waiting list.

Donate Life Pennsylvania, Gift of Life Donor Program, the Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE), the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will host a Candlelight Celebration for Life in three cities. We invite you to be a part of this meaningful event to kick-off April as National Donate Life Month.

on the steps at the Franklin Institute. - Pittsburgh, Thursday, April 8th 7:00 p.m
in front of the Oakland Carnegie Library. - Harrisburg, Monday, April 12th 6:30 p.m
