NATIONAL DONATE LIFE MONTH-OHIO - APRIL DECLARED "DONATE LIFE MONTH" IN OHIO AND COLUMBUS!

April Declared “Donate Life Month” in Ohio and Columbus!

April has been officially declared “Donate Life Month” in the State of Ohio and in the City of Columbus, corresponding with the national observance.

Governor Ted Strickland and his wife Frances encourage all Ohioans to register as an organ and tissue donor in the Ohio Donor Registry.

City of Columbus Councilwoman Charleta Tavares, on behalf of City Council, also rallied asking all citizens of the City of Columbus to register their donation decision in the Ohio Donor Registry at the April 12 City Council meeting.

She presented the proclamation to Lifeline of Ohio CEO Kent Holloway and Donate Life Ambassador Anthony Siciliano.
