Source: Donate Life Ambassador, Dave Hollon.In a ceremony on April 5th, Mayor Pro-tem Claudia Alvarez issued a proclamation declaring April as DMV / Donate Life Month. Mayor Avlvarez spoke passionately about the need for citizens to register as an organ, eye and tissue donor by going on line to Donate Life California or Done Vida California.
The Mayor Pro-Tem also encouraged participation in the Donate Life Run Walk this coming May 1, 2010 at Cal State Fullerton.
