Loft features musical variety

For the last Music @ the Loft installment of the 2009-2010 season the Performance Loft features Chris Leroy and his SuperFriends 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, at the Mitten Buiding.

This is the Second Annual Donate Life Show featuring Singer/Songwriter Chris LeRoy and a bevy of talented musical friends. This night will range from acoustic folk, country, and Americana, to pop and classic rock, progressing from a songwriter showcase, duo’s, trios, to two bands.

Chris Leroy is a Music @ the Loft Program Coordinator along with Maria Baglien, both of whom are from Lo-Fi Studios in Loma Linda. .

The show will open with a new feature The Loft would like to use next year, an open mike half hour starting at 7 p.m.


Next, a new young band, from the University of Redlands, Kid Gramophone, will debut at The Loft with a short set. Finally, The Dangers, a classic rock band that started in Redlands in 1979 will close the event with the 60’s tinged brand of excitement.

Tickets for the event are $7 for general admission and $5 for students with a valid ID.
