Rockin' Blues & BBQs Event

The National Kidney Foundation serving Virginia’s 1^stAnnual Rockin’ Blues & BBQs event will be held on Sunday, May 23^rd, 2010. This event will occur in the Jewish Mother parking lot at 3108 Pacific Avenue inVirginia Beach, Virginia from Noon-5pm. The National Kidney Foundation’s Rockin’ Blues & BBQs event focuses on the need for organ donation in the United States. This will be an exciting and touching day to raise money and awareness for our cause.

This event will be a community-based event featuring live music, beer, as well as local BBQ vendors competing for the titles of “Best BBQ in Hampton Roads,” “People’s Choice Award,” and “Most Spirited Vendor.” Tickets will be sold at each of the participating BBQ restaurants as well as at the event for $15.00—this includes live music, samplings from all participating BBQ vendors and a chance to vote for the “Best BBQ in Hampton Roads!”
