Donate Life Ohio: 55% of Ohioans signed up for being a donor in June.
Donate life Ohio sent a tweet on their twitter feed saying that for the month of June 55% Ohioans who renewed their license became tissue and organ donors.
"55.7% of Ohioans who renewed license or state I.D.s in June singed up as organ and tissue donors! Thank you for being heroes :)"
Over 3,000 Ohioans are in need of life-saving organ transplants and the number on the list grows every year. Organ, eye and tissue donation provides a second chance for life.
