LifeCenter’s Monte Carlo Night Helps Fund Donation Education in the Tri-State
LifeCenter Organ Donor Network (LifeCenter) will host the 5th annual Monte Carlo Night on Friday, September 17th from 7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. at the Marriott Northeast in Mason located at 9664 Mason Montgomery Road.
“A night in Vegas is the theme for this year’s event and will feature all of the the popular casino games as well as a silent auction, raffle, dancing and entertainment,” said Andi Johnson, director of Public Affairs for LifeCenter. “This annual event helps to fuel LifeCenter’s donation education initiatives and provides people with the information needed to make a donation decision based on facts, not misconceptions.”
Guests can enjoy games such as roulette, craps, black jack, 3 card poker and Texas Holdem as well as slot machines and other casino games. The silent auction will have items from Greater Cincinnati retailers and restaurants as well as vacation destinations and attractions. Popular items such as the Kindle and iPad will be part of this year’s raffle.
In the U.S., 18 people die every day waiting for an organ transplant. There are more than 107,000 people on the national waiting list and 500 people in Greater Cincinnati waiting for a life-saving transplant. Proceeds from this event will support LifeCenter’s education and outreach programs.
Tickets are $75 per person or $100 per couple. To purchase tickets, call 513.578.6812
