CoxHealth holding donor registration

CoxHealth will have its second annual organ and tissue donor registration drive from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.

Employees and visitors will be able to register online at missouriorgandonor.com to become an organ and tissue donor.

Missouri now has a First Person consent law, allowing donors to ensure their decision to become an organ and tissue donor will be fulfilled by signing a registry.

Previously, donors had to make their wishes known to their family members before their death.

Volunteers will help with registration and information on organ donation will be available in the Cox South main lobby and in the Cox South west pavilion, 3801 S. National Ave.
