Kentucky state parks offering discounts to organ donors

Visitors to several Kentucky state parks can take advantage of special deals being offered to organ donors in February.

The promotion is the Kentucky Parks Department's way of recognizing National Donor Day, which is Feb. 14. All the deals are offered on different days, and some are offered throughout the month.

The parks participating are Wickliffe Mounds State Historic Site, Columbus-Belmont State Park, Jefferson Davis State Historic Site, Barren River State Resort Park, Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park, Lake Barkley State Resort Park and Kenlake State Resort Park.
