Hi my name is Justyn Frizzell and this is my blog on the CCAA mens basketball national championship, which recently ended on March 21st 2011. Today I would like to discuss an important issue that encompasses the importance of organ donation.
This year alone there are 1,484 people waiting on an organ in order to live. This number gets increasingly larger as the year continues and more people suffer due the fact that there are not enough organ donations in the world. Some people are unsettled by the fact that another person may be carrying one of their organs, but consider this. When you donate an organ you are providing someone with the gift of life while still maintaining yours. Your way of living will not change, and you can go on knowing that because of your contributions someone can experience life and all its great adventures.
If you are a healthy human being please do not be intimidated with the thought of organ donation and please help children and adults around the world live to see another day. You have the ability to give a second chance, so be a step in the right direction and donate.
