Hughson Medical Office latest health clinic signed for Health Partners Saving Lives

Hughson Medical Office of the Stanisalus County Health Services Agency is the latest health clinic to sign up for Health Partners Saving Lives.

That's the unique program by the California Transplant Donor Network. HPSL links the organ procurement organization and area health clinics. With more than 10,000 people on the organ transplant waiting list in its area, CTDN works with clinics so that patients can get information on organ and tissue donation.

Brochure stands and posters provide the "human side" of transplants - in multiple languages. They also provide information on how to sign up to be an organ donor at www.donateLIFEcalifornia.org or doneVIDAcalifornia.org

CTDN staff will also speak to clinic staffs about donation.
