GOLD!!! Took gold today in discus! The 100m went well - no injuries and I didn't finish last! Always a plus!!! TEAM USA ROCKS!!!

2 silver medals today - ball throw and long jump. Had an amazing time! Thanks to Coach Ijams and Coach Niki for getting my butt in gear to compete!! Who knew.... I'm coming home with 3 medals - AND NO INJURIES!! Off to closing ceremonies now and then to Copenhagen!
