Muslims can donate their own organs?

Sometimes charity is money, this is more common. And sometimes you do not have money to charity. Messenger has been stated in the Hadith: All good deeds is charity, charity is all good, all can bring benefits, or man to resist injury, is charity. Hadith also tells us to remove obstacles in the road is charity, good words is charity, the Muslim Brotherhood, a smile is charity. Therefore, some Muslims will voluntarily donate organs. Allah said, “save a person, such as to save everyone.” (4:32)
Some people may ask, if these organs donated to non-Muslims, but also to get the reward it? Muslim jurists have argued that in addition to days of extra-curricular, and other charity can give non-Muslims.
