Join us in a community effort to spread awareness for organ and tissue donation in Vermont! The "Walk for Awareness" 5K walk and picnic is a fun, family event to come together and spread awareness while raising money for the Center for Donation and Transplant which will help to support donor families.

WHERE: Starting and Ending at Waterfront Park on Lake Champlain (Burlington, Vermont)--stay for a picnic after the walk!

TIME: 10 a.m.- 1 p.m.
