ORCHARD PARK, NY - It's a story of three young kids, growing up in different areas, but forever connected.
In Auburn, Aaron was your typical little boy, about to face some very grown up health issues.
When he was going into 1st grade he had a routine physical. They found he had high blood pressure and abnormalities in his urine. Doctors sent him to a specialist in Syracuse.
Little to his mother Lisa's knowledge, he had been sick his whole life, since he was born.
Aaron had chronic renal failure. Lisa says her heart sunk because she knew, that at his very young age, Aaron would have to go on dialysis, and could very well die from the condition.
