KENNETH Yu is pleading for a liver donor to save his wife's life.
Annic Yu has serious liver failure as a result of complications from chemotherapy to treat breast cancer.
Doctors have told her husband she may have a few days to live unless a compatible donor can be found.
"Adelaide, please help me," Mr Yu said. "What I hope is if someone in Adelaide or South Australia, if there is a family member who has died, please give me a hand and consider donating a liver."
