A teenager who was saved by a donor liver plucked from a burning plane wreck is facing death for a third time in a year.
Kate Trevener, 18, has battled through two bouts of acute liver failure but has now been told she will need a third major operation.
Doctors have discovered that the fashion student from Castle Bromwich in the West Midlands is suffering from 'ongoing rejection' to her second donor liver and now requires another organ transplant.
