New mum Louise Smith beamed with pride a fortnight ago as she held her newborn baby for the first time.
But just days later she collapsed at her Tyneside flat after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
Her partner John Henry Sayers led emotional tributes to the doting mum after medics were forced to turn off her life-support machine following a five-day fight for life.
Now hand-written letters show how her organ donations have changed the lives of nine other people across Newcastle.
Moving tributes from a man named only as David can today be revealed after Mr Sayers allowed the release of personal letters.
