Sara McFee, communications director of the Minnesota Lions Eye Bank, will talk about eye, tissue and organ donations, at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, National Donor Sabbath, at Zion Lutheran Church, 8500 Hillside Trail in Cottage Grove. 

All are invited to attend; beverages and treats will be available. 

“This ecumenical celebration of life is designed to increase awareness of the critical need for donated eyes, tissues and organs,” said Kathy Spears, church member and recipient of donated corneas. “McFee will talk about the need and the process of giving.” For details, call the church office at (651) 459-3010.
