Patti Esher is the nurse manager at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital's ICU and Neurosurgery. She's also an organ donor. She says, "One person, if I had the stats, can save up to 8 people. When my mom needed a kidney 20 years ago, I was actually a perfect match."
