Family and friends dedicated Chiara's Quiet Grace Gazebo outside Roguewood Elementary School on Thursday night.
In July 2008, Chiara Wysong Howard and her younger sister got caught in a rip current on Lake Michigan. Chiara drowned while keeping her sister afloat. The nine-year-old also saved at least three other lives-- through organ donation.
