An Amber Alert-style system to quickly find organ and tissue donations for children in need of life-saving transplants is worth pursuing.

She’s awaiting more details but thinks the idea is worth investigating. 
Three Ontario MPP’s are expected to propose a resolution calling for a “Torch of Life” scheme when the legislature resumes later this month.
The alerts could be issued in critical cases where children under 18 urgently need a transplant.
