Ryan Upson has yet to meet the people he most needs to thank today.
Even if he had the chance, he struggles with what to say.
"How do you thank somebody for this?" he says. "I don't even know how to start."
Ten months ago, Ryan, of Grand Ledge, received a double-lung transplant after his own collapsed from a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis.
Ryan knows nothing about his donor - not a name, gender or an age.
