Sunday would have been Mariah West's 21st birthday.
And while most people receive gifts on their birthdays, she gave a gift that keeps on giving.
She's helped improve several peoples' lives.
And her family urges people to do the same.
"What's the last unselfish gift you an give but organ donation?" asks Merry Dye.
