Baseball is a huge part of Joey Ianiero's life. He played in college and hopes to be drafted professionally. In 2008 his dream was almost shattered when he tore some tendons in his knee. His doctor said the best way to recover would be to have a tendon transplant.
"That's what I went for. I told him if that's the best way for me to recover, that's what I want," Ianiero said.
The tissue was donated by a family in Texas who lost their father.
