You can donate a new, unwrapped toy at any La Michoacana Market in central Ohio, at the Lifeline of Ohio offices or at the Columbus Crew administrative offices between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31.
The Ohio Hispanic Coalition will distribute the toys to local families in need at its Three Kings Day (El Día de los Reyes Magos) celebration on Jan. 7, 2012. Three Kings Day is observed in many central and south American cultures and is believed to be the day when the Three Wise Men delivered their gifts to baby Jesus, and marks the end of the 12 days of Christmas.
