Jovante Woods To Be Featured In Donate Life Float
CINCINNATI -- The parents of Jovante Woods put the finishing touches on a piece of a parade float that will honor their son's memory.
Woods, the son of former Bengal Ickey Woods, died in August 2010 after suffering an asthma attack. He was an organ donor.
"Jovante, without donating his organs, was a hero to me. But he really became a hero with the organ donation," said Jovante's mother, Chandra Woods.
