The photo collaboration between Eva and photographer Cyrus McEachern, featuring Eva’s spontaneous and beautiful heart design, has become an emblem of her spirit and legacy. It also inspired the photos of the Live Life, Pass It On campaign from BC Transplant, which features other recipients of organ donation.

The heart motif that has inspired thousands of people around the world is now available on the Hello Cool World store, as a pendant and printed on a t-shirt. All proceeds go to support Eva’s campaign for organ donation and cystic fibrosis awareness, letting you spread her love while wearing it or gifting it to someone in your life.
