Festival boosts life

FilmLife is a new national film festival that enables young people to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation. The festival brings greater youth engagement and awareness to DonateLife Week (February 19-26) to promote organ and tissue donation. The project has been funded by the Organ and Tissue Authority.

Those who register their interest will be brought to the Information + Cultural Exchange (ICE) in Western Sydney on January 21, 22 and 28 for a free workshop to talk with people who have been affected by organ or tissue donation. They will also learn filmmaking skills.

The deadline for submissions is February 13.
