Woman begs Justin Bieber for organ donor support

gather Celebs | Mia Meadows
An Ottawa woman is hoping Justin Bieber will join her organ donor cause and has reached out to him via Twitter. The 20-year-old woman is confident Justin and his 16 million plus followers can help her. Helene Campbell and her friend, Kelly Logan, have staged a massive Twitter and YouTube campaign for the cause. Justin's support may be the answer to her prayers.

Helene is awaiting a double-lung transplant. Her goal is to get Justin Bieber's followers to sign up at beadonor.com. The ladies are asking people to send a message to Justin's Twitter account.

Helene's life hangs in the balance as she waits for a donor. The young woman wants to bring attention to the millions of people waiting for organ donations. Helene knows her chances of receiving a lung transplant are slim, but she is hoping her plight can save other people's lives. It seems like a lot of pressure to put on one young teen. If Justin does tweet the message, it will most likely start an avalanche of people and charities asking him to do the same. While Justin probably would love to help her, he is forced to walk a very thin line.

All he has to do is support the cause and raise awareness no one is asking him to sign up himself, although that would be harmless and I helpful.
