Throughout the year, Lifebanc works to educate Northeast Ohioans through multiple initiatives highlighting the critical shortage of organs and tissue for transplantation. Each April, these efforts are enhanced during National Donate Life Month when Americans are encouraged to become organ and tissue donors.
April 2012 marks the 10th annual National Donate Life Month, a time when the transplant community focuses attention on the continually growing need for registered organ, eye and tissue donors, both locally, state-wide and nationally. Even with these increased efforts, we needyour help.
