THE happiest day of Philippa Delahoy’s life was the day she married Scott.
The proudest day of her life was the day she honoured Scott’s wish to donate his organs.
“It was the day Scott became a hero and saved lives,” Mrs Delahoy said.
Crows Nest resident Scott Delahoy was only 44 when he died unexpectedly from complications associated with swine flu in January last year. The only relief Mrs Delahoy had on the day her husband died was that she knew his feelings about organ donation.
