Your kidneys might be the sexiest parts of your body, but they’re certainly critical. Make sure yours are in good health at Temple’s World Kidney Day Health Fair on Thursday, March 8th. The expo includes health screenings, educational booths, Zumba lessons, kidney-friendly cooking tips (from chef Aaron McCargo, Jr. of Food Network’s “Big Daddy’s House”), raffles, free prizes and giveaways. The theme is “Kidneys for Life: Donate-Receive,” centering on organ donation and transplantation. The fair will be held at the Temple University Health Sciences Center. More details are here.
