Turning tragedy into a life saving act, that's one way becoming an organ donor has been described.
April is Organ Donor Awareness Month, it's comes just days after the recent tragic death of a Falfurrias woman who's organs were donated so that others could live.
"After we pass away and move on from this Earth to another place we have no use for those vital organs and yet someone is waiting for them right now as we speak," says State Representative Raul Torres.
