Christina Winsor, 43, is running this year's marathon to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation.

"I'm running the 2012 Boston Marathon because it's an amazing experience that I love doing every year," Windsor said. "This will be my 8th Boston Marathon and my 19th marathon overall. It is a prestigious and challenging course with fantastic and energetic crowds.
