Iris Ferrell is from Follansbee and on a firsthand account, understands the importance of organ and tissue donation. Not only was her husband a donor, but she is also a recipient.
"I was going back to work and I was hit from behind with a vehicle. I do have donor parts in my neck. It's let me go on with my life and be able to still be a working person without a lot of pain,” Ferrell said.
