Somewhere in this country a human being signed an organ donor card. Sadly this person passed, so in a selfless event this unknown person donated life to people who might never know who saved their life.
The family of this hero wept and were heartbroken, but were lifted knowing their loved one had given life to strangers. One of these recipients was Dick Cheney. Now it seems in Springfield we have a comedian, who makes light of Cheney receiving a new heart.
Robert Sweere, you have cheapened the selfless gift of life. You don’t have to like Cheney. That is your right, but to degrade the family of an organ donor is tragic. A beautiful gift was given to many by one person, and you in your liberal sense of humor have slapped the donor and their family in the face.
