Anonymous letters sent between organ donors' families and their recipients are strictly moderated for privacy by law but one counsellor's job is to read over the words that are the only link between those lost and those saved.
Some are compelled to write 10 years after their child's sudden death.
Others send profoundly personal letters every year without fail and never receive a reply.
But the deeply tender and private words exchanged between organ donors' families and their recipients must remain anonymous by law.
