WIBCNews 93.1 | Mike Wilson
Doctors are calling the first tweeted surgery, a success.

Caleb Johnson now has his friend's kidney, and both seem to be doing well, and you had the chance to follow the "play by play" of the surgery on twitter. Doctors and patients are hopeful that tweeting out the organ donation surgery on the social network platform, will raise organ donation awareness, dispelling myths, and encouraging people to donate.
