A BUXTON woman who battled her way back to health after undergoing a life-saving kidney transplant has won five medals at the British Transplant Games.

Jacqui underwent a successful kidney transplant eight years ago after suffering health problems from the age of 20. Her donor was an 11-year-old boy.
