When Harriet Sheehan became severely ill, she began writing a bucket list of all the things she wanted to do with her life.
The teenager suffered from the genetic condition cystic fibrosis.
Before she passed away, she fulfilled her dreams of meeting Harry Styles and One Direction, as well as swimming with dolphins.
But there was one wish on Harriet's bucket list that proved the most poignant of all.
Two months after her death in February, the 15-year-old achieved her last wish - to become an organ donor.
