Dream continues for Kyree Beachem as she's released from Children's Hospital

Kyree Beachem, the 8-year-old Ellwood City multiple-organ transplant recipient who has received love and support from around the world, continues on her road to recovery.

On Wednesday, there was a celebration as Kyree walked out the doors of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, according to the Kyree’s Dream Team site on Facebook. The hospital released her about two months after she was admitted with bleeding issues due to liver failure.

Kyree smiled at her mother, Nan Beachem, with tears rolling down her cheeks and said, "This is the day I've been waiting for," Nan wrote on the website that the family uses to share Kyree's recovery.
