The Cayuga County Department of Motor Vehicles will be kicking off Organ Donor Month with its seventh event providing the public with information on how to become a donor, refreshments and giveaways from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, April 4, at the Cayuga County Office Building, 160 Genesee St., Auburn.
