Smiths Falls double lung transplant recipient is baking 300 dozen cookies in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lanark County.
It’s the second time Jacqui Bowick-Sandor has been hungry to give.
Bowick-Sandor and her husband of 28 years, Bruce, baked over 300 dozen cookies out of their own home three years ago in support of Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
But this time it was a little easier thanks to a donation from Dan Andress of Andress’ Independent Grocer in Smiths Falls.
