UI Hospitals and Clinics to Join Phase Two of COIIN

University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics has been selected to participate in phase two of the Collaborative Innovation and Improvement Network (COIIN), a three-year project aimed to increase the number of kidney transplants and improve quality measures.

UI Hospitals and Clinics is one of 37 hospitals in the United States selected for this phase of the project. It requires participating hospitals to create and test ways to increase the number of transplants and enhance quality monitoring, and to share what they find with other participants.
